To help you get the latest information on the hottest topics, we are introducing NOW TRENDING, a professional learning opportunity focused on the here and now –– the issues getting the most buzz.

Beginning in the 2022-2023 school year, all administrators will be evaluated under OPES 2.0, based on the Ohio 2018 Principal Standards. This half-day training has been developed to help you navigate the revised OPES 2.0 evaluation process with a focus on the following:
  • An overview of the evaluation process;
  • Types of evidence you can use to illustrate each standard;
  • How to use the online reporting system (Ohio ES);
  • Integration of HQSD into the OPES 2.0 model.
