Kindergarten Phonological Awareness Research

Leigh Culllum, a researcher from the University of Findlay, is gathering research regarding the presence of phonological awareness tasks in kindergarten diagnostic screening assessments. This study also aims to illustrate the current alignment between kindergarten assessments and research about the importance of phonological awareness as a foundational reading skill. The research will further examine how data from the reading assessments is used in the classroom setting. Please take 3 minutes to fill out a survey for my research.
