OAESA connects and supports pre-K - 8 administrators throughout their careers.  We believe that every school deserves an effective, informed, and caring administrator to lead and support it.

Membership Types

  • Pre-K through grade 8 building administrators working under an administrative contract below the level of superintendent
  • Central office or administrative/supervisory positions with an interest in elementary or middle-level education
  • Retired/rehired into any of the above listed positions
  • Educators aspiring to become Pre-K through grade 8 administrators not currently working under an administrative contract
  • Full members of Ohio-based organizations serving school administrators (BASA, OASBO, or OASSA)
  • Pre-K through grade 8 educators not working under an administrative contract
  • Retired and no longer serving under an administrative contract
  • First year of retired membership is our no-cost gift to you

$100 Annually
  • Your professional, aspiring, or associate membership can be upgraded to a PLUS membership with these additional benefits:
  • An additional hour of legal advice – All OAESA Professional members receive one free hour of legal consultation with our attorney on retainer, but as a PLUS member, you are eligible to submit a second hour of legal consultation per year to us for reimbursement.
  • 20% discount on all OAESA professional development.
